NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal, of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the beneficial owner of Toyota Corolla saloon AE100 motor vehicle reg. No. KAM 347P, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which has been lying at the residential premises of the claimant plot No. 33 located at Joska along Kangundo Road, within thirty (30) days from from the date of this publication of this notice upon payment of the claim of KSh. 100,000, storage charges, and any other incidental charges plus costs of publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be disposed off either by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owner in order to defray the claim, storage charges and other related charges in accordance with this Act, should there be any shortfall the. owner will be liable thereafter.
