TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 176 OF 2016 By Moses Amoke Omoth, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erastus Omoth David Rombo, who died on 16th April, 2006. CAUSE NO. 185 OF 2016 By (1) Samuel Otieno Ogola and (2) Evance Omondi Anundo Ogola, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Anyango Ogola, who died at Newa Sub-location, on 23rd July, 1998. CAUSE No. 226 OF 2016 By Nancy Adhiambo Ogalo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Ogwang' Awuonda Awoth, who died at Kasule, Kisumu, on 8th July, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
