TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: - CAUSE NO. 143 OF 2016 By Eunice Atieno Omamo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of. Dickson Adhiambo Omamo alias Dickson Omamo Odhiambo, who died on 7th April, 1991. CAUSE No. 166 OF 2016 By Tobias Omondi Obudo, of P.O. Box 44, Kabuor in Kenya, the deceased's cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johanes Tala Ogwang, who died at Mayenya, Kisumu, on 18th September, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenyd Gazette.
