Box 70758- 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is regislered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that prece of land containing 0.0405 hectare or thereabouts, srtuate in the district of Kajiado, registered under trtle No. Kajiado/Kitengelal63973, and wlereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notlce is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from thedate hereoi I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received wrthin that period.
