Box 42, Saba Saba in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Margaret Wambui Kuria, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Margaret Wambui Kuria and in lieu thereof assumed nd adopted the name Margaret Wambui Mwaura, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Margaret Wambui Mwaura only.
