THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No.3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Erustus Njogu Murage (ID/i 827052), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.6920 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kabaru/Block 2 MathinaJ544, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas all evidence adduced shows that the said Purity Nyambura Gichohi (ID/I 3073586), fraudulently acquired the said piece of land, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the said land title deed for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to register the original owner in the name of Erustus Njogu Murage (ID/I827052), and upon such dispensation and registration the land title deed issued to the said Purity Nyambura Gichohi (ID/13073586), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
