WHEREAS Francis Kaman Mbugua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 0.02, 0.04, 0.04, 0.053, 0.053, 0.053 and 0.101 hectare or thereabouts, known as Sigonal90, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1605, 1606 and 1607, respectively, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Kiambu in succession cause No. 346 of 2012, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Esther Wairimu Kaman, (2) Karen W. Kariuki Kihika, (3) Lucy Wanjiru Kaman and (4) Rose Wanjiru Mburu, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to Francis Kaman Mbugua (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of R.
