WHEREAS (I) Hannah Ngina Kenneth Kimari and (2) Benjamin Gitere Kimari, as the personal representatives of Kenneth Kimari Kahura (deceased), of P.O. Box 68974-0066, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/111/126, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, registered by virtue of an indenture registered in Volume N15, Folio 410/14, File 8726, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the land title deed has been lost/misplaced and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
