WHEREAS Abdi Ibrahim (deceased), is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nkuene/Mitunguu/1945, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court in succession cause No. 486 of 2011 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate .of confirmation of grant in favour of M'arimi M'ikiara, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the title deed in respect of the said piece of land registered in the name of Abdi Ibrahim is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and upon such registration of the said application-to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of M'Arimi M'Ikiara, land title deed issued earlier to the said Abdi Ibrahim (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZETTENonciiNo. 1168 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Grace Njeri Karugiro (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 5.17 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court of Kenya at Githunguri succession cause No. 95 of 2015 has issued grant of letters of administration to Simon Kimani Karugiro, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Grace Njeri Karugiro (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land tide deed issued earlier to Grace Njeri Karugiro (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
