TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 16 OF 2015 By Milca Kabon Chepyegon, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepyegon Chernjor, who died at Kabarak Sub-location, on 28th February, 2008. CAUSE No. 17 OF 2015 By Peter Kipngeny Kipkemei, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemei Cheboiwo, who died at Kaptimbor, on 15th December, 2000. CAUSE No. 20 OF 2015 By (1) James Marikong Kelwon and (2) Peter Kaitany Kelwon, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkelwon Chelimo, w10 died at Kinyo, on 20th May, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
