NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th December, 2015, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2410, in Volume DI, Folio 16/146, File No. MMXVI, by our client, Nicholas Kilingi Katana, of H4A, 3E6, 4530 Avenue, Girouard, Apartment No. 8, Montreal, Canada, formerly known as Nicholas Katana Kilingi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nicholas Katana Kilingi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nicholas Kilingi Katana, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Nicholas Kilingi Katana only.
