WHEREAS Japheth M'Rintaugi Kaireri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Abothuguchi/IGthirune/561, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court in succession cause No. 486 of 2011, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favqur of Nancy Nkanachi Kinyua, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R. L. 19, and whereas the landtitle deed issued earlier to the said Japheth M'Rintaugi Kaireri (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof. provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with reglstration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in the name of to Nancy Nkanachi Krnyua, and upon such registratlon the land title deed issued earher to the said Japheth M'Rintaugi Kaireri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAzE-mE NoficE No. 807 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No.3 of2Ol2) REGISTRATIoN oF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Samson Njagi Ireri, is registered as proprietor of 6at piece of land known as MbetilGachoka/22sg, situate in the district of Mbeere, and whereas the High Court at Embu in civil suit No. ll of 20l2,has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Gideon Ndinika Mari, and whereas all effo(s made to compel the regislered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land regishar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Gideon Ndinika Mari, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samson Njagi Ireri, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
