APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, after consultation with the Kenya Society for Protection and Care of Animals, appoints— Ismail Thoya Ngoka (Dr.), Timothy Agoi Etiffu, Calvin Solomon Onyango, Joan Akumu Magero (Dr.), Peter K. Kimondo (Dr.), Francis G. Ng'ang'a (Dr.), Michael K. Cheruiyot (Dr.), Fred Kisoha Midikila, Paulo Mufunyi Mutiva, Amos Parsimei, Jacob Lokorian Libwor,. David Y. Mascall, Fidelis Mwalimu, Frederick Atsiaya Lödenyo, Amy L. Rappo (Ms.). Julia Frances Tatton (Mrs.), Jean Gilchrist, John Khayega Akumonyo, VW GAzErrE NOTICE NO. 1747 THE LABOUR RELATIONS ACT (No. 14 of 2007) AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION NOTICE is given to all members of Kenya National Union of Service Employees pursuant to section 27 (4) of the Labour Relations Act, that a notice of change of the constitution of the union has been received. Any person or member intending to raise any objection against the amendments of the constitution of the union is required to submit in writing any objections against the amendments of the constitution of the union within twenty one (21) days from the date hereof.
