TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 24 OF 2016 By (1) James Bondo Audi and (2) Carolyne Akech Achayo, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Achayo Audi, who died at Bondo, on I st October, 2006.
