TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.5 OF 2014 By Ali Swàleh, of P.O. Box 3825-00506, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bihawa Ali alias Bihawa Saleh, late of Nairobi County, who died at Malindi, on 7th May, 2003. CAUSE No. 53 OF 2015 By Halima Hassan H. Kassim, of P.O. Box 443, Kajiado in Kenya, the deceased's widow, fof a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dayib Sheikh Kassim Abdille, who died at Kajiado, on 4th August, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to- the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
