TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2015 By Jackson Nguma Muia, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Kalondu Nguma alias Rose Mary K. Ngiima alias Rosemary Kalondu Nguma, who died at Kikoko Mission, on 27th November, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date publication this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
