TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 2 OF 2016 By Henry Kivindu Kirumbi, of P.O. Box 48, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased's brother, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Kirumbi alias Christopher Njeru Kirumbi, who died at Ishiara Hospital in Kenya, on 12th March, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
