TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 11 OF 2014 By (1) Florence Mwende Musili and (2) Elijah Kyalo Musili, both of P.O. Box 110-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Musili Mulyungi, who died at Suguta Valley, on 10th November, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date publication this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
