TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court In: CAUSE No. 351 0F2015 By (1) Alice Ngetich and (2) Janet Chebet Ngetich, both of P.O. Box 96, Meigogosiek in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnathan Ngetich Rono, who died at Kaplong Hospital in Kenya, on 21st December, 2007, CAUSE NO. 370 OF 2015 By (I) Anthony Malakwen Bii and (2) Paul Kibet Bii, both of P.O. Box 152, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sawe amp Ngeno alias Sawe amp Mngeno alias Sowe Ngeno, who died at Keongo Village, on 9th September, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
