WHEREAS ( I ) Catherine Njeri Njuguna, (2) Maryanne Wairimu Njuguna and (3) John Wachira Solomon, as administrators of the estate of Charles Njuguna Karanja, all of P.O: Box 123, Maragua in • the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessees of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/7259/224, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 69723, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is' given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
