WHEREAS Kiruchu Ndaru (deceased), of Kirinyaga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kabare[Mutige/163, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the senior principal magistrates' court at Kerugoya in succession cause No. H.C./R.M. of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration to Regina Wambura Kithaka, and whereas all efforts made to recover the said land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Regina Wambura Kithaka, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Kiruchu Ndaru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAzFT-rE NOTICE NO. 1560 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Gituru Kathungu (deceased), of Kirinyaga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kiine/Rukanga/2604, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Embu in succession cause No. 90 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration to Julia Wakaria Gituru, and whereas all efforts made to recover the said land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land tide deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Julia Wakaria Gituru, and upon such registration the land tide deed issued earlier to Gituru Kathungu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
