WHEREAS Solomon Kiarie Gatei (deceased), of P.O. Box 95, Kijabe in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Lari/Kijabe/126, containing 1.952 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1120 of 1999, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Faith Wangeci Kiarie and (2) Stanley Mwangi Kiarie, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Solomon Kiarie Gatei (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Solomon Kiarie Gatei (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Box 30503, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngong/Ngong/32399, containing 0.162 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiadc, North,'and whereas sufficient evidence adduced proves that the said land title deed was fraudentley acquired as per court order dated 23rd May, 2014, civil suit, 73 of 2006, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the said land title deed for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and give a new title deed to the rightful (1) Margaret Wagaki Kimani and (2) Lucy Wanjiru Ndungu, and upon this publication the land title deed shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
