THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Famau.Mohamed Famau, of P.O. Box 412, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0961 hectare or thereabouts, known as portion No. 8617 (original No. 7552), situate within Malindi Municipality in the district of Kilifi, registered as C.R. 27958, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of this title has been lost, and whereas the said administrators have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the land registration Act No. 3 of 2012.
