IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (a) of the N ' ational Hospital Insurance Fund Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint- MOHAMUD MOHAMMED ALI to be the Chairperson of the Board of the National Hospital Insurance Fund, for a period of three (3) years.
