Box 1363-00232, Rama in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nelly Sandel Oscar Keys, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nelly Sandel Oscar Keya, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Salter Nelly Sandel, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Sober Nelly Sandel only.
