WHEREAS Lucy Wanjito Njoka (113/071'76,4), of P.O. Box 1618, Nakuna in the Republic of Kenya, is rcgiste^ a . as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.9850 hectare or ^reabouts, known as Dunclorid-anet Block 5/216 (Kiamunyeki 'A'), rare in the district of Nakum, and whereas the High Court at Nakun i civil suit No. 33 of 1998 has ordered that the said piece of land be I, nsferred to Christine Nyagitha Njoka LID/ 11523798). of P.O. Box 12203, Nakum, and whereas all efforts made to compel Lucy Wanjiru Njoka (ID/0728764) to surrender the said land title deed in respect of One said piece of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said court order and issue a new title deed to the said Christine Nyagitha INjoka (ID/I 1523798), of P.O. Box 12203, Nakum, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Lucy Wanjim N joka (ID/0728764), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
