TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No, 346 OF 2015 By Martin Ndegwa Chege, of P.O. Box 35, Kinoo in Kenya, the • deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaura Zakayo Kiromo, who died at Kinoo on 11th November, 2015. CAUSE No. 349 OF 2015 By (1) Peter Kaguara Uiru and (2) Rachel Moi Uiru, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftary Uiru Kaguara alias Naftaly Uiru Kaguara, who died at Kiambit, on 24th May, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
