TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 403 OF 2015 By Aluoch Olose, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Olose Ogenge, who died on 1 1 th April, 1987. CAUSE No. 417 OF 2015 By Patrick Paul Onono Otieno, of P.O. Box 155-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Raphael Onono, who died at Maliera Sub-location, on 27th September, 2014. CAUSE No. 438 OF 2015 By Joseph Omondi Osiro, the deceased's stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonida Awino Umidha, who died on 12th April, 1994. CAUSE No. 460 OF 2015 By Dan Okoth Nyakinda, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okecli Nyakinda, who died on 1st August, 19861 CAUSE NO. 476 OF 2015 By (1) Jacob Otieno Oyugi and (2) Benard Oyugi Were, the deceased's son and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Benard Oyugi Were, who died on 28th December, 2003. The. Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the 'contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
