NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th September, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 368, in Volume DI Folio 126/2526, File No. MMXIII, our client, Teri Tahiya Mooroga, of P.O. Box 43926– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Teresia Mbusiro Mooroga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former names Teresia Mbusiro Mooroga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Teri Tahiya Mooroga, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Teri Tahiya Mooroga only.
