WHEREAS 1963 Self-Help Age Group, of P.O. Box 1814, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in originall share certificate No. 13750, Mboi-Kamiti Farmers Company Limited, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the share certificate issued thereof has been lost, or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof a new share certificate will be issued, the original certificate detailed above will be deemed to have been cancelled, provided that no objection herein received within that period.
