IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 51 of the Water Act, 2002, the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Water and Natural Resources appoints— Konora Mabudi Jilo, Jane Mwende Kimuyu Kibati, to be members of the Coast Water Services Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 19th Septenber, 2013.
