NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd June, 2013, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 132, in Volume DI, Folio 99/1925, File No. MMXIII, by our client, Fatuma Musse Warsame, of P.O. Box 40364–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fatuma Gachuru Ngandah, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former names Fatuma Gachuru Ngandah, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fatuma Musse Warsame, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fatuma Musse Warsame only.
