NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th March, 2013, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2767, in Volume D1 Folio 76/1613, File No. MMXIII, by our client, Donald Murithi Gitonga Baraka, of Abothoguchi West Division, Gitiongo Location, Meru Central District, of P.O. Box 52-00605, in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Donald Murithi Gitonga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Donald Murithi Gitugo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Donald Murithi Gitonga Baraka, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Donald Murithi Gitonga Baraka only.
