Box 3151–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, through Maitai Rimita & Co. Advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathiu M’Itimitu alias M’Mathiu M’Ibutu alias M’Mathiu M’Ibutu, late of Kathita, who died there on 28th September, 2008. CAUSE NO. 287 OF 2012 By (1) Madaline Wambui Riungu and (2) David Kirimi Riungu, both of P.O. CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2013 By (1) Elias Komba and (2) Robert Mutwiri, of P.O. Box 790, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, through Messrs. Ndubi Ondubi & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Nkuraru M’Itunga, late of Munithu, who there on 25th December, 1995. CAUSE NO. 295 OF 2013 By (1) Harriet Rajab and (2) Simon M’Arimi, both of P.O. Box 2657, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rjab Ibrahim alias John Rajab Ibulaim, late of Kithoka, who died at Kithoka, on 10th January, 1992.
