GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8738

WHEREAS Gerald Wanjohi Gitia, of P.O. Box 446, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Nyeri/Municipality Block II/2, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the judge of the High Court at Nyeri in succession case No. 345 of 2010, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Patrick Gitia Wanjohi and (2) Lucy Wanjiku Kanyonyo, both of P.O. Box 446, Nyeri and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to (1) Patrick Wanjohi Gitia and (2) Lucy Wanjiku Kanyonyo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gerald Wanjohi Gitia, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
