WHEREAS Fauzia Said Rubea, of P.O. Box 87750, Mombasa, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of land known as plot No. MN/II/3693, situate within Mombasa Municipality, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 23283/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
