THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hugh Brian Stutchbury, of P.O. Box 16526–00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 3777/688, situate north east of Gilgil Township in the Nakuru District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as No. I.R. 63351/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
