TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 365 OF 2018 By Sisilia Anzala Namayi, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malika Ashuma alias Malika Shuma, who died at Manyala in 1974. CAUSE No. 163 OF 2019 By Dinah Omusula Maramba, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Maramba Wambia alias Maramba Wambia, who died at Shirembe in 2005. CAUSE NO. 173 OF 2019 By (1) Loice Makokha Sakaya and (2) Paul Omusira Zakayo, both of P.O. Box 142, Butere in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sakaya Saleh Masakwe alias Lubala Zakaywa Masakhwe, who died at Shirembe Sub-location, on 1st August, 2008. CAUSE No. 177 OF 2019 By (1) Fanice Amakobe Obote and (2) Syrus Okechi Omukhulu, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Selifano Kechi Chapondo alias Kech Chapondo, who died at Eshirembe, on 1st June, 1983. CAUSE No. 190 OF 2019 By Mary Amadi Okwiri, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of .administration intestate to the estate of Simon Okwiri Ndukwe alias Simeon Okwiri: who died at Muhaka, on 23rd September, 2005.
