TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 59 OF 2019 By Edward Okello Okore, of P.O. Box 1536, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Orao Okore alias Jonathan Orawo Okore, who died on 11th July, 1983. CAUSE No. 86 OF 2019 By Benson Onyang'o Nyalianga, of P.O. Box 81, Miwani in Kenya, the decaesed's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Nyalianga Majage, who died at Obumba, on 24th January, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
