TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 102 OF 2019 By Fanuel Shiako, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Ruth Okwemba and (2) Omutola Okwernba alias Henry Omutola Okwemba, who died at Ebunangwe Sub-location, on 5th January, 1965 and on 10th September, 1998, respectively. CAUSE No. 196 OF 2019 By Dorika Nyangweso Asienya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Asienya Indiavo alias Samuel Asianya Indiavo, who died at Galona Sub-location, on 13th March, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
