TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 169 OF 2019 By Leonard Kimathi Henry, of P.O. Box 225, Igoji in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mucheke Murithi, late of Miruriiri, who died there on 17th November, 2018. CAUSE No. 171 OF 2019 By (1) Consetta Kanyamu M'Anini and (2) Cecilia Nkatha M'Mwarania, both of P.O. Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthoni Kagoji, who died at Nkumari, on 4th August, 1999. The Coat will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered _within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
