TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this in: CAUSE No. 137 oF 2019 By (1) Niceta Mugwe and (2) John Njagi Runji, both of P.O. Box 274, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Runje Cigiti Kathania alias Runje Cibiti Kathania alias Runji Cigiti Kathiania alias Runji Sigiti, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 30th August, 2007. CAUSE NO. 187 of 2019 By Julieta Thara Nyaga, of P.O. Box 123, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased's widow, or a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Inyasio Nyaga Kimotho, who died at Siakago Sub- location, on 26th December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
