CAUSE NO. 69 OF 2019 By Dickson Mtawali Kazungu Mizinga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Mizinga Kondo, who died at Datum, Gede, on 19th February, 1998. CAUSE No. 74oF 2019 By Betty Kan sa Chem, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of adininistration intestate to the estate of Neema Karim Chard, who died at Mjanaheri, on 3rd October, 2008, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cal= be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
