CAUSE No. 83 OF 2019 By Timothy Murage Kimaru, of P.O. Box 41, Mugunda in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Kimaru Ganda' alias Anthony Kamm Gituko, who died at District Hospital, Nanyuki in Kenya, on 1st January, 2017. CAUSE No. 85 OF 2019 By Jane Warima Waikwa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Warutere Walwa, who died at Nakuru, on 12th October, 2018.
