TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 73 OF 2019 By Hellen Chepkoech Kibet, of P.O. Box 11, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibet Alaham Mugun, who died at Umande, on 23rd August, 2002. CAUSE No. 91 OF 2019 By (1) Agnes Watetu Wachira and (2) Evalyne Wanjugu Wachira, both of P.O. Box 30, Giakanya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Wachira Muruku, who died at P. C. E. A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 24th September, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
