CAUSE NO. 171 OF 2019 By James Mbugua Gitau, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shiphila Njeri Mwangi alias Shiphila Njeri Mwangi Gitau, who died at Lake View Hospital in Kenya, on 4th December, 2018.
