TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 428 OF 2019 By (1) Peter Njuguna Karuga and (2) Mary Njeri Waiganjo, both of P.O. Box 500, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased's grandson and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wambui Macharia, late of Nakuru, who died at Nakuru General Hospital in Kenya, on 13th July, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
