TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 417 OF 2016 By (1) Francis Murigi Muhia and (2) Alek Mburu Muhia, of P.O. Box 14593-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Muhia Muikia, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 1st May, 2000. CAUSE No. 39 OF 2019 By (1) Jane Nyambura Njogu, (2) James Allan Kamau Danson and (3) Eunice Njeri Kontulahti, all of P.O. Box 611-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Danson Mugui Njoroge alias Danson Migwi Njoroge alias Danson Mugwi Njoroge alias Danson Migwe Njoroge, who died at New Westminster, British Colombia Canada. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
