NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 3rd September, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1106, in Volume DI, Folio 228/4258, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Thando Loch Odera, of P.O. Box 117- 00502, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Thando'h Luania Raluoch, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Thando'h Luania Raluoch, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Thando Loch Odera, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by him assumed name Thando Loch Odera only.
