NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 18th May, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 450, in Volume DI, Folio 257/4662, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Nathan Gichia Kamau, of P.O. Box 10-20300, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nathan Gichia Njoki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nathan Gichia Njoki, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nathan Gichia Kamau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by him assumed name Nathan Gichia Kamau only.
